Born and raised in the Big Easy, better known as New Orleans, Louisiana, I developed a love for food from a young age. Growing up in a household of ten, with a mother who was a culinary master, I was exposed to the flavors and aromas that would shape my future.
​My journey took an unexpected turn when I joined the Navy. This experience allowed me to hone my culinary skills and oversee the feeding of hundreds of shipmates. As my reputation grew, I was entrusted with the responsibility of feeding thousands of sailors and pilots, including those serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
In 2013, I furthered my culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu. This formal training, combined with my years of experience, solidified my passion for cooking and my commitment to creating delicious and satisfying meals.
Inspired by my mother's dedication to feeding her family, I strive to bring joy and comfort to others through food. My cooking philosophy is rooted in tradition, love, and the belief that every meal deserves to be made with care.
